The ESTAS 2017 did not disappoint and was another truly inspirational event for agents big and small, young and old from across the whole of the UK. With around 1,000 of the great and the good attending the event at Grosvenor House on Friday 12th May this is 'the oscars' for the property industry and sheds light on what paying customers and tenants really think- with over 34,000 voting this year.

The event, once again hosted by TV's Phil Spencer (best known for Location, Location, Location with Kirsty) did the usual excellent job of shepherding along the celubrious gathering with a plethora of awards to crack through. A truly hurculean effort handled with aplomb and humour- as usual!

The Letting Awards were presented early in the day- before we had even had lunch! It was therefore an absolute delight to win 2 major awards in quick succession. These were:

GOLD- Best Letting Agent for Landlords- East London

SILVER- Best Letting Agent for Tenants- East London

As many of you know, we have always championed agents providing quality services to Landlords and Tenants alike. We were therefore absolutely delighted to once again have our services to both rewarded with a regional accolade.

It was then a long wait as we had lunch and listened to a host of other awards, before the event approached the conclusion and the biggest awards of the day- the UK-wide categories.

It was both humbling and an absolute delight to see us win one more big award in the closing moments:

BRONZE- Best Letting Agent Office in the UK for Landlords

This meant that, from the thousands of agents that entered from the UK and the reviews submitted by over 34,000 people- we had ranked as the 3rd best office in the UK for Landlords- wow! Importantly, we ranked as the best London Letting Agent for the 2nd year in a row- no mean fete for an agent that launched in 2004 and still operates from a single office in the heart of London.

It was lovely to receive a tweet from Phil later that day which read: 'Well done.......Good to see you on the podium again. No mean fete with that beard & dress sense'. I (Kristjan) will most certainly take that as a compliment!

There are two big take aways from these awards- firstly the immense pride that this gives our staff in the work that they do because (secondly) they know this has come from our amazing clients & tenants that they work so hard for. Who doesn't like having hard work appreciated?

Never one to rest on our laurels we are already working hard on what we can do to continue to deight Landlords and Tenants alike now and in the future.
