Last Friday base attended The Negotiator Awards 2022 at The Grosvenor Hotel on Park Lane. Known as the Property Party of the Year, this was a black tie event no agent wanted to miss.

Following several rounds of fabulous entertainment and a spectacular three-course meal, our host Stephen Mangan arrived to the stage to whip up some energy and excitement before he announced the evening’s award categories.

When the time came for finding out the nation’s Small Letting Agency of the Year, Stephen informed us all that this was one of the largest categories of the evening, with so many excellent and successful agents in with a chance of the top spot. The excitement at our table was palpable as the suspense had us on the edges of our seats… needless to say we nearly knocked the table over jumping up on the announcement of our win!

The success of being awarded Gold in this category really drives home just how much our hard work is recognised by the wider industry. Our innovations and expertise in lettings is world-class and this award is not only validation of our achievements, but also a testament to our approach, our ethos, and our drive to continue delivering our service to all of our clients and our tenants.

The Negotiator Awards 2022 was a great event and it was amazing to catch up with so many friends and colleagues of the industry - and a brilliant way to round off the year!
