base are utterly delighted to share our success in the ESTAS Awards 2022, which took place last Friday. Having been shortlisted for two categories, we went to the event with our hopes up and our fingers crossed but without any expectations, as we knew we were shortlisted alongside lots of excellent agents.

Our subscription to the ESTAS platform is really important, as it provides the space for our landlords and tenants to provide honest feedback on their customer experience when letting and renting with us.

This means that the ESTAS Awards have nothing to do with revenue or sales figures and instead are based entirely on what our clients and customers are saying about us. This aligns closely with the mission that base property specialists was founded upon; to provide a lettings service that puts our tenants and landlords first. We aim to excel at this by being transparent in our communications, acting honestly and fairly at all times, and by being a down-to-earth company putting people before property.

That’s why we are over the moon to have won GOLD in both of our shortlisted lettings categories - East London Landlords & East London Tenants. These awards are not possible without the feedback from our amazing landlords and tenants, so thank you so much to all who work with us, rent with us, and voted for us.

Aside from the regional categories, the ESTAS also have their Grand Prix awards, which pool all participating agents from across the nation together to create their rankings for the best agent in the UK. We couldn’t quite believe our ears when Phil Spencer announced base property specialists as winners of the BRONZE Grand Prix for Landlords Award!

Truly the delicious icing on top of the spectacular cake that was the ESTAS Awards Event for 2022, we were extremely honoured to be walking away with 2 Gold Regional Awards and 1 Bronze UK award - recognition of our team that work so hard to make base a great company doing great things.
