base are incredibly proud to share that we have been shortlisted for the annual ESTAS awards for our 12th year running!

This means that our tenants and our landlords have been shouting about our next-level service so loudly from the rooftops (or more literally, via the ESTAS review platform) that the last time we weren't shortlisted for these awards was way back in 2010!

The ESTAS are really important to us, as their awards are not won based on internal industry judgements or sales figures, but on the positive experiences of the most important people in the process - our clients! Our mission has always been to put service first and it's incredibly gratifying to know that we have been hitting the mark year after year for more than a decade.

On top of being shortlisted for so many years, we also have a strong history of winning many of these awards, marked by our achievement of the ESTAS Zoopla Xcellence Award in 2020, won as a result of a decade of consistent success for lettings UK wide. Our collection of awards sits proudly atop a desk in our office.

We now look forward to the awards ceremony in October, but until then we have work to crack on with, providing our amazing service in the space we know best - lettings!
