The Viking does Strictly Agents Dancing 2022

On Friday the 15th July 2022, the estate and lettings industry came together at Epsom Downs Racecourse for their Summer Charity Ball, hosted by Agents Giving. Alongside the fabulous dinner, award ceremony, prize raffle and charity auction, was the highlight of the occasion, the Strictly Agents Dance competition. This saw 10 contestants from different companies across the industry learn a dance routine with a professional dancer and compete to win the top prize - including none other than our own Viking leader Kristjan Byfield!

Over the past few months, Kristjan has been training hard and rehearsing with his dance partner Tash, learning new techniques and lifts and using muscles he'd forgotten he had! You may have spotted his extravagant rehearsal costumes on our social media along the way, but he saved the best 'til last where on the night he showcased an eye-catching red jacket with leopard print trim and trousers. With his partner Tash in complementary colours, the pair danced the Rock'n'Roll to the classic tune of Do You Love Me by The Contours. This upbeat music combined with some impressive lifts from Kristjan and a backflip from Tash saw the crowd go wild, and by the emphatic finale of the routine the house was well and truly brought down!

All the contestants on the night danced brilliantly, and while Kristjan was sadly not awarded the top prize by the judges (much to the dismay of his supportive crowd) he did win new fans throughout the audience and had a great time to boot.
