Tenancy Agreements
Please find draft versions of our standard Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) and Company Let Agreements for review. By undertaking viewings with us, you understand that these are the primary terms of a rental; agreement with base property specialists and our Landlords.
The following core terms apply to all of our tenancies unless stated otherwise:
- Minimum 12 month Tenancy Term with no Break Clause (Tenant or Landlord)
- Should you wish to facilitate a ‘Change of Tenant’ during a contracted term the charge applicable is £240*
- Should you wish to terminate your agreement early you remain contractually liable until a new contract is placed and a charge of 12%* of the remaining contract value will apply
- Any renewal of a Tenancy will be on the same terms as the previous contract subject to any applicable negotiations
*Charges quoted include VAT at 20%
