Our commitment to always offering our clients excellent customer service and to being better has won us awards in the past, most noticeably our success at the ESTAS 2012 where we won gold in the North London Best Letting Agent category. With this in mind, we are delighted to have experienced more success at this year’s ESTAS – winning not one, but two awards!

On 17^th April at the glamorous Park Lane Hilton hotel, we were awarded bronze awards in the Best Letting Agent – London category which is voted for by tenants and the Best Letting Agent – London North category which is voted for by landlords.

The ESTAS are the only industry awards that are decided entirely by the votes of clients, meaning we won our awards on the votes of our landlords and tenants in 2014. This makes the success more special as it proves our customer service is resonating with our clients! We set up base to change people’s perceptions of what estate & letting agents are like and to offer the best service in the industry. Thanks to your support and to a lot of hard work we’re growing and are looking forward to making many more tenants and landlords happy in the future!
