Result: Shortlisted Finalists- Best Independent Letting Agent of the Year & Best Marketing Team

On 24^th October we were back out for another glamorous awards ceremony- this time the prestigious Negotiator Awards 2012

The event was held at The Park Lane Hilton and the hilarious John Culshaw hosted the event. After an entertaining introduction (including some classic Foxtons material) we all sat awaiting the results of these coveted awards.

Structured differently to other awards we were in 2 large categories:

- Best Independent Letting Agent: open to letting agents across the UK with up to 5 offices. We were the smallest and youngest company to receive a Finalist nomination and this was enough to make us proud on the day.

- Best Marketing Team: open to agents of any size and discipline across the UK this was one of our biggest, and most welcome, surprises of the year. Again we were the smallest and youngest company selected and found ourselves against the ‘marketing might’ of some of the UK biggest operators including Belvoir, James Pendleton and Foxtons.

Although we walked away with no silverware on the day, we were incredibly proud to be listed alongside much older, larger companies. Maybe next year?
