• Marketing Team of the Year

Both of these categories are UK-wide. We're very proud of these nominations. We're delighted to have the nod for marketing considering we are up against the big chains with their multimillion advertising budgets!

The Negotiator Awards are top awards for estate and letting agencies, judged by an independent panel of industry experts. The 5-star award ceremony will take place at the London Hilton on Park Lane towards the end of October. The awards have been called "the Oscars of Agency". Impressionist Jon Culshaw, of Dead Ringers fame, will be hosting the event.
