20/04/2012- base property specialists won Gold at the Estate & Letting Agent Awards- ESTAS 2012. Recognised as North London’s Best Letting Agent at the prestigious event the team from base were awarded their stunning crystal trophy by Phil Spencer.

Co-Founders and Company Directors Kristjan Byfield & An Deckers said: ‘This is very special! After almost exactly eight years since we started the company, this is a huge achievement and we are really proud to have walked away with the top Letting Agent award for North London. A huge thank you to all of our clients who have helped make base what it is today and a special thank you to all of our London Landlords who took the time to vote for us.

The ESTAs is very special to us because it is the only award in our industry that is decided entirely by the votes submitted by paying clients and no one else. To, therefore, see that this ranks us as the best Letting Agent in North London is amazing. We started base with the aim of giving the best service in the industry and changing people’s perceptions of what estate & letting agents are like and it is great to see that is exactly what we are doing! The ESTAS, the longest running industry awards, were held at the Park Lane Hilton Hotel. The glorious event partnered by property portal Zoopla and was also sponsored by LCA Recruitment, Homelet, RICS, Endsleigh Insurance and expert agent.
