We’re delighted to be shortlisted as a finalist in the 2012/13 Landlord & Letting Awards in the following three categories:

• Best Letting Agent
• Best Customer Service
• Best Website

We're excited to be in the running for overall Best Letting Agent, having been a finalist in the same category at the Landlord & Letting Awards 2011, and having already been recognised as North London's Best Letting Agent in the ESTAS earlier this year.

Excellent customer service is our priority at base property specialists, and we’re glad to have our commitment to being estate and letting agents you can trust recognised with our nomination for Best Customer Service - again, we were finalists last year, and we hope this year we will walk away with the top award.

Our redesigned website is also in line for the Best Website award, which we've put a lot of work into along with Jupix web developers and Orantec SEO.

As a finalist, we were invited to the awards gala dinner in November. The awards will be hosted by Sofie Allsopp, who after working as an estate agent, went on to present Location, Location, Location and The Unsellables, and appears on This Morning to discuss the property. While Sofie was on Location, Location, Location she presented a show which announced Hackney as the “worst place to live in the UK”, but we won’t hold that against her!
