Another of the key annual Letting Industry Awards was the Landlord & Letting Agent Awards which only started in 2009 with the aim of recognising and rewarding excellence and contribute to raising standards in the private rented sector.

We were delighted to see ourselves Shortlisted for three key categories: Best London Letting Agents, Best Customer Service and Best Website. Once again, to be shortlisted was honour enough. However, we headed to Coventry for the glamorous awards with high hopes to hopefully walk away with at least one prize at the end of the event.

We simply could not have been happier- winning the awards for the Best London Letting Agents we also were recognised with bronze awards for our Customer Service and Website. This was beyond our wildest hopes and dreams on the night.

Adjudicated by some of the Industry’s key figureheads including:

Alan Ward- Chairman, Residential Landlords Association (RLA)

Ian Potter- Operations Manager, Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA)

Peter Littlewood- Chairman, Southern Landlords Association (SLA)

Carolyn Uphill- Non-Executive Director & Local Representative, National Landlords Association (NLA)

As well as other recognised individuals including Marie Parris, Kate Faulkner and Tom Entwistle.
