Artillery House, Bow E3 - featured on Dwell

It’s not every day one of our favourite properties on the portfolio pops up as a feature on Dwell.com now, is it?

This beautiful rental flat in Bow had its stylish makeover before it joined our books as an instruction, and didn’t Studio Mônty do a stunning job with the interior design. Taking the space from being a fairly standard two bedroom flat with separate kitchen and lounge areas and transforming it into a comfortable and modern environment, with exposed brick feature walls and pops of colour.

Pre-makeover photos are available on the article link above for a comparison of before and after, but we love the current aesthetic and it’s no surprise that after just one set of viewings, the tenancy we placed has been in situ since 2019 with no plans on moving.
