With the Tenant Fee Ban now in effect below sets out the costs associated with taking a tenancy through base property specialists:

You will be required to pay 1 week's rent as a Holding Deposit to place a property 'under offer' whilst we undertake legal checks (Right to Rent, AML, etc.) and references to ensure you and legally entitled to and are able to fulfill the terms of your proposed tenancy. -payment of any unpaid rent or reasonable costs associated with the 'early termination' of a tenancy

Unless stated otherwise the rent does not include any service charges. These are all liable to the tenant(s) examples of this are as follows:

-gas & electricity

-water rates

-council tax

-internet & phone services

-TV license
