This unique initiative, which we call ‘MainTenants’ is a free part of our comprehensive and multi award winning Let & Fully Managed service.
During the first week of a new Tenancy a base Property Manager will arrange to meet the Tenants at the property. During this visit, they will take up to an hour making sure the Tenants know where everything is located, how everything works and also teaching them essential life skills. Here are just some of the things we teach them:
- How to bleed a radiator
- How to balance a boiler
- How to maintain their appliances
- Drain maintenance
- Humidity & Condensation issues and how to avoid these through suitable ventilation
- Stop cocks locations (in case of leaks)
- Consumer Unit (fuse board) location & use
