This development used to be, as the name suggest, a Denim Factory. It was developed by the Neptune Group, a London based property company established in 2001, which managed to retain the warehouse style of this building whilst updating the living spaces to the standard of a Central London Apartment block.

The Neptune Group specialises in urban regeneration and property investment and have considerable experience in mixed-use development, planning promotions and large strategic land projects. Since its formation, Neptune Group has undertaken over 85 development and investment projects, 73 of which have successfully been completed, including Redchurch Lofts on Redchurch Street in Shoreditch. The majority of its developments are located in the City fringes and the East End of London, but the company is also active in South East England, Northern Ireland and Central Europe. Design & construction management of the Denim Factory was carried out by rfm Project Management.

The development is a converted Victorian factory/warehouse and provides mixed-use accommodation, with 9 B1 office units on the ground and first floor and 14 high specification residential apartments on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors. Apartments within benefit from large warehouse-style windows, private balconies, wooden flooring, limestone bathrooms, large open plan kitchens and reception rooms. The décor within is modern, with some of the original features retained within. Two-bedroom apartments within all boast two bathrooms, one of them an en-suite to the Master bedroom.

Situated in Whitechapel, a part of London mostly famous for the infamous Jack the Ripper murders in 1880, this development is located on Davenant Street, just off Whitechapel Road. The closest Stations are Whitechapel Tube and Aldgate East Tube Stations. The vibrant Brick Lane is only a stones’ throw from the development, and the City is also easily reached on foot.
