We started offering this service in 2005 and have since taken on a range of projects from re-designing a single room to an entire property. We have also undertaken larger residential projects completely re-designing and refurbishing the communal areas in several London residential developments.

Each project is approached in a unique manner according to the property, the client and their ambitions. In all cases we will meet with you to understand your goals. We will then prepare an outline brief and initial estimate. On approval, we will then draw up a detailed quotation and schedule of works. In all instances we will design, budget, place contractors and project manage the entire process. We can even furnish and dress the property according to your needs.

When working with a client on an investment property we constantly assess the financial performance of the project to ensure the client achieves the desired result they want whether they are looking to maximise rental value, capital value, saleability or a combination of the three. As a multi-faceted property company we are able to draw on the experience and knowledge of the different parts of the company to ensure the best possible results are achieved every time.
