Many Landlords and Tenants alike prefer to have a ‘professional party’ to handle the rent and account reconciliation of a Tenancy. For London Landlords this gives piece of mind that the rental payments will be closely monitored and, where necessary, pursued should they fall late. As London letting agents, base are well versed in this and also know how to adhere to the legal requirements when pursuing late rent.

It is worth noting that late payments are very rare on base Tenancies and, to date, we have successfully reconciled all the rent arrears that have occurred at our Landlords’ properties since 2004 without the need for solicitors or courts.

The service includes all the elements of our Let Only service with the following additions: Monthly Rent Collection & Reconciliation, Monthly Invoicing & Account Statements, Fast Rent Transfers (Landlords receive the rent in their account within 5 working days of the rent hitting the base accounts) and an Annual Tax Statement.
