It is for this reason that we created our ‘Investment Review Service’. This involves a detailed report which will require the inspection and assessment of your entire property portfolio and everything relating to it. The final report will highlight areas where you can maximise return either through reducing costs and/or through property regeneration. This service takes a dual-aspect approach.

 

Firstly we will assess the financial structure of your portfolio ensuring that the mortgages, insurances and any other applicable loans and providing the most competitive rates and the most applicable cover.

 

Secondly we will asses how your portfolio is performing in rental/sale price achieved, can this be improved, if so- how, and does the final return justify the costs involved? base is in a unique position to assess all of these aspects using our expert in-house staff and extensive property professionals network enabling you to deal with just one company. The report is provided on a fixed price per property basis (payable in advance). Once you have received your report (which usually takes 1 month to generate) you are then free to either consult other service providers to see if they can better our cost structure, use the report as a marketing tool (if looking to sell your portfolio) or can instruct us to carry out the necessary works outlined (in this instance the cost of the report will be deducted from the final balance).
