base was created out of a desire to meet and exceed clients’ expectations. Our aim was to build a company that grew through recommendation not marketing gimmicks. To sell, let, manage and oversee property in a professional and experienced manner that enabled our clients to maximise their returns whilst ensuring the process was enjoyable. To form a company that was not only bound by personal ethics but regulated by governing bodies to ensure our clients could use us with confidence.

This we feel we have achieved, but we’re not finished yet!
