Property Manager
We are currently seeking a full-time property manager to handle our residential management portfolio from our Shoreditch office. The role will include all usual tasks including Preparation of Tenancy Agreements, Invoices & Account Statements, Tenancy Inspections, Check-Outs, Organising of quotes/works through contractors, Renewal/Extension Negotiation as well as assisting with other administrative tasks in the office. The applicant must have at least 3 years experience in property management and be seeking a long term, permanent position. Working hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6:30pm with 20 days paid holiday per annum. Salary negotiable dependent on suitability of applicant and experience.

Lettings Negotiators
We are always on the look-out for Lettings Negotiators, new and experienced, to join the team at base. Applicants should have a valid Driving License and be motivated people keen to hit and exceed the targets set by base. We offer all applicants a company car and mobile phone as well as covering the costs of standard expenses whilst at work- parking, petrol and congestion charge. On offer is a great working environment with a decent basic salary and great commission prospects offering a fantastic package. Applicants, however, MUST embrace base's core element of providing outstanding customer service to everyone- no cowboys welcome! With an agressive company expansion plan over the next 5 years there are great career prospects with the company which are limted only by you.
The position is Monday-Friday 10am-6:30pm and alternate Saturdays 10am-3pm with 20 days paid holiday per annum.
